VORQA GLOBAL SUPPLY
Crushing & Screening Plants
VORQA views crushing and screening plants as production systems linking raw-material characteristics to final product requirements. For quarrying, mining, aggregates, infrastructure and recycling, equipment is assessed alongside material, quality, energy, wear and cost per tonne.
Discuss Your ProjectSolutions and service scope depend on technical assessment, site conditions and contract terms.

Process design around material and production targets
Hardness, abrasiveness, moisture and feed size are reviewed with hourly and annual targets, product fractions, particle shape and site constraints. Crushing stages, screen area, recirculation and layout are balanced within one process plan.
Crushers, screens and conveying
Jaw, cone, impact and vertical-shaft impact crushers are assessed against material tests and design conditions. Feeders, pre-screening, vibrating screens, conveyors, transfer points and stockyards are planned together. No single crusher type is assumed best for every application.
Washing, classification and water management
Aggregate washing, hydrocyclones, dewatering screens, fines recovery, settlement and filter presses may be considered where required. Water recovery and product cleanliness vary with material and operating conditions; targets are based on tests and project data.
Stationary, mobile and modular plants
Stationary, semi-mobile, tracked, wheeled and modular options are assessed against production location, transport, ground conditions, power and water, maintenance access and expansion plans. Plant architecture is matched to the site and business model.
Control, cost and modernization
PLC/HMI, equipment interlocks, monitoring and production and downtime records may be assessed within scope. Modernization reviews bottlenecks, feeding, crusher and screen capacity, conveyor balance, wear and energy data together.
From needs assessment to operation
The process covers site and needs analysis, process design, equipment and layout, technical/commercial scope, installation and commissioning, and operational review. Maintenance, critical spares, training and technical support depend on project and contract conditions.
Frequently asked questions
What determines crusher selection?
Rock properties, abrasiveness, feed size, capacity, particle shape and product distribution are assessed together. Final selection relies on material tests and design conditions.
Is performance measured only in tonnes?
No. Saleable output, product specification, energy, wear, maintenance, downtime and total cost per tonne are assessed together.
