VORQA GLOBAL SUPPLY
Concrete Batching Plants
VORQA considers a concrete batching plant as a production system connecting storage, dosing, mixing and dispatch. Plant configuration is assessed against capacity targets, concrete recipes, aggregate characteristics and site conditions.
Discuss Your ProjectSolutions and service scope depend on technical assessment, site conditions and contract terms.

Stationary, mobile and compact configurations
Stationary plants may suit long-term production; mobile solutions address relocation and logistics; compact systems can be considered where space is limited. Dry-batch and special production configurations require a combined assessment of dosing, transport and delivery flow.
Complete plants and material flow
Aggregate bins, conveyors, cement silos, transfer systems, water and admixture dosing, and mixers are planned around the same production target. Storage capacity is assessed alongside consumption, delivery frequency, filtration and level monitoring requirements.
Mixer technologies and automation
Single-shaft, twin-shaft and planetary mixers are evaluated against recipes, uniformity, cycle time, wear and maintenance access. Recipe management, production records, batch tracking, alarms and reporting infrastructure may be considered within the project scope.
Recovery and modernization
Concrete recycling assessment considers concrete volumes, wash water, aggregate properties and opportunities for water reuse. For existing plants, mixer, dosing, automation, conveyor and silo upgrades are assessed alongside technical condition, bottlenecks, investment needs and downtime.
Installation, commissioning and support
Installation coordination, mechanical and electrical integration, functional checks and operator guidance are planned according to the contract. Technical support, maintenance and spare parts arrangements depend on the country, plant infrastructure and service agreement.

Share production targets, concrete recipes, site conditions, material supply arrangements and technical requirements. Capacity, automation, maintenance and future expansion plans are assessed together to identify a suitable configuration.
Frequently asked questions
Which concrete plant type is suitable?
Stationary, mobile or compact selection depends on capacity, site area, logistics, relocation and maintenance requirements. One model does not suit every project.
Can an existing plant be modernized?
Technical assessment may identify improvements to mixers, dosing, automation and feeding systems. Feasibility, downtime and investment needs are determined for each project.
