VORQA GLOBAL SUPPLY
Asphalt & Bitumen Plants
VORQA assesses the asphalt production flow from aggregate feeding through drying, screening, weighing, bitumen transfer and mixing. Scope is defined by capacity, site conditions, mobility, mix types and investment objectives.
Discuss Your ProjectSolutions and service scope depend on technical assessment, site conditions and contract terms.

Stationary, mobile and continuous systems
Stationary batch plants, mobile and compact solutions, drummix and continuous systems, and plant-mixed base facilities may be considered according to project needs. The source identifies 30–400 tonnes/hour as an assessment range for stationary batch plants; final capacity and configuration require project engineering verification.
Plant units and equipment
Cold aggregate bins, belts, dryer drums, burners, elevators, screens, weighing, mixers and filters are assessed as an integrated system. Fans, bitumen pumps, valves, transfer lines and wear parts are evaluated against technical requirements.
Bitumen, emulsion and PMB systems
Bitumen storage tanks, temperature control, thermal-oil and heat transfer systems may be assessed alongside emulsion, colloid mills and polymer-modified bitumen production. Polymer and additive dosing and SMA fibre feeding units depend on project scope.
Energy, automation and environmental systems
Aggregate moisture, dryer and burner settings, heat losses, filtration and airflow are reviewed. PLC control, recipe and dosing management, temperature monitoring, alarms and production records may be considered. Energy improvements require measurement and technical analysis; environmental systems depend on plant conditions.
Modernization and capacity expansion
Dryer, burner, mixer, conveyor, elevator, filter and control upgrades are defined through technical assessment. Capacity expansion considers the balance of the entire production line rather than increasing one component alone.
Site work and service
Installation, dismantling, relocation, mechanical and electrical integration and commissioning preparations may be planned within the project scope. Maintenance, spare parts, remote or on-site service and operator guidance depend on requirements and the contract.
Frequently asked questions
How is asphalt plant capacity determined?
Production targets, aggregate properties, drying, screening, weighing, bitumen feeding, filtration and storage are assessed together. Final capacity is verified during project engineering.
Can auxiliary bitumen systems be included?
Storage and heating, emulsion, PMB, thermal-oil and additive dosing systems may be assessed alongside the main plant according to requirements.
